Nintendo Got a Suprise Up its Sleeve?

September 13th 2006 00:31
ahh, the days leading up to a huge conference. I can alsmot feel the tension already. I havn't done the math yet to find out when the news will come over from Japan, but I plan on staying up to find out what I have been dying to know after E3, when can I buy it, and for how much.

Needless to say, it will be huge news. But today, we also have some exciting news. it seems that, Nintendo is looking for people to pack up the finished Wii's consoles. Does this mean we may be seeing it ealier than expected? Before you get all excited, head over to IGN and check out the post about it, the news is causing quite a stir. Only a few days left people....

Meet Me

September 9th 2006 01:20
Before I get into the good stuff, which should follow in a post tonight, I want to introduce myself.

My name is Willie, and on the messages boards I go as theblackadept. I have been a recent visitor of Gamefaqs for quite a while now, as well as stomp around the Rare Witch Project quite often.

And this, is my video game blog. I got lucky enough to get this gig, and am devoting it entirely to video games, video game news, and reviews.

And my, we have quite a year ahead of us.

As for my video game preferences, I've been a Nintendo fan from day one. My first system was a Super Nintendo, then a 64, and finally the Game Cube. I will be buying a Wii as soon as I get the money for it. I had Ps2 but sold it, but have to say I really enjoyed the old spyro/crash games on the first playstation. And let me not forget Final Fantasy Tactics, which is one of the greatest RPGs I have ever played.

For my favorite games, I don't think I can put them in any order, but I have a list:

Zeldarcarina of Time
Zelda:Majora's Mask
Zelda: Wind Waker
Banjo Kazooie
Banjo Tooie
Super Smash Brothers(both of them)
Dragon Warrior 3
Golden Sun Uno and Does

Some underrated games everyone should go play:

Magi-Nation
Dragon Warrior Monsters 2
Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy
Gauntlet Dark Legacy

And games I am currently playing:

Just finished Banjo Kazooie for the upteenzillionth time(ok maybe not that many) and intend to start BT sometime soon.

Animal Crossing Wild World:Its AC, what else is there to say?

Battle for Middle Earth II-LOTR and RTS, is there any more I need to say?

And that, is my video game releated introduction. Hope you enjoy reading, and comments/ideas/suggestions/ are welcomed. Death threats however must first go through my secretary, and should not be sent directly to me.

Rock it.
